Please make sure to show the confirmation email (sent a few days before the conference) with your conference ID to the registration desk.
Make sure to bring this confirmation email with your ID number either printed or in your mobile phone.
If you cannot come and register on July 2nd, you can also register the following days.The procedure will be the same for the rest of the days. You can come to the registration desk with your confirmation email and you will be able to collect your badge. Registration Desk & Conference Secretariat will be at Room 213 (-2 level, Vèrtex Building)
However, we strongly recommend you to register on Sunday the 2nd in order to avoid crowds on Monday the 3rd, before the Opening Ceremony.
