Time

Each regular presentation is allocated 15 minutes (incl 3 min. for questions) and Plenary Lectures 60 minutes (incl time for questions).

Equipment:

Conference rooms at Vèrtex will be equipped with computers. Speakers are kindly requested to bring their USB with their presentation.
Also, personal computers can be used for the presentation.

Recommendations for your presentation:

In order to prepare your slides for oral presentation please take also into account that, because of projects available at the conference venue, it is required a 16:9 aspect ratio.

If you are using PowerPoint, we recommend you to adjust the slide size in
Design->Page Setup menu and choose 16:9 ratio to ensure the compatibility.

We strongly encourage speakers to go to their conference room 10 minutes before the session starts in order to upload their presentation in the room's computer and do a quick test.
