This work studies the injection of hydrogen through a porous plate to a turbulent air flow and its latter mixing process. This novel technique aims to enhance the mixing process compared to the current injector configuration potentially achieving a better quality mixture, avoiding local peaks in the temperature field, and therefore reducing notably the NOx emisions.
